MA03.06 ctDNA Mass-Adjusted bTMB as a Predictive Biomarker in NSCLC Patients Receiving PD-(L)1 Inhibitors

چکیده
High blood tumor mutational burden (bTMB) was significantly associated with progression-free survival (PFS) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients receiving atezolizumab. However, it failed to predict overall (OS). We hypothesized that ctDNA mass-adjusted bTMB (abTMB) might benefits NSCLC immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) treatment.

PD-L1 expression as predictive biomarker in patients with NSCLC: a pooled analysis
BACKGROUND Clinical trials of immune checkpoints modulators, including both programmed cell death-1 (PD-1) and programmed cell death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) inhibitors, have recently shown promising activity and tolerable toxicity in pre-treated NSCLC patients. However the predictive role of PD-L1 expression is still controversial. This pooled analysis aims to clarify the association of clinical objec...
متن کاملPD-L1 Expression as a Predictive Biomarker in Cancer Immunotherapy.
The resurgence of cancer immunotherapy stems from an improved understanding of the tumor microenvironment. The PD-1/PD-L1 axis is of particular interest, in light of promising data demonstrating a restoration of host immunity against tumors, with the prospect of durable remissions. Indeed, remarkable clinical responses have been seen in several different malignancies including, but not limited ...
متن کاملProgrammed Cell Death 1 (PD-1) Ligand (PD-L1) Expression in Solid Tumors As a Predictive Biomarker of Benefit From PD-1/PD-L1 Axis Inhibitors: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis
abtract Purpose Drugs targeting the programmed cell death 1 (PD-1)/programmed cell death ligand 1 (PD-L1) pathway show significant clinical activity across several tumor types. However, a majority of patients do not respond to these agents. Use of biomarker assays to predict response to these agents is an active area of research; however, the predictive value of PD-L1 immunohistochemistry (IHC)...
متن کاملPD-L1 is a Prognostic Biomarker in Resected NSCLC Patients with Moderate/high Smoking History and Elevated Serum SCCA Level
Programmed cell death-1 (PD-1) -targeted immunotherapy has become a promising treatment paradigm for patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Clinical responses to checkpoint inhibition therapy in NSCLC have been associated with programmed death-1 ligand 1 (PD-L1) expression. However, the association between the expression of PD-L1 and PD-L2 and the clinicopathological feature...
